This Privacy Policy explains how PocketMirror: Lighted Mirror ("PocketMirror", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our iOS application and website.
PocketMirror is designed as a utility app and does not require user accounts, profile creation, or personal details to operate.
Important: camera access is used to display your mirror view on-device. Camera images and video are not stored by us and are not transmitted to our servers.
The only data sent outside the device is technical error and crash diagnostics through Sentry.
Technical diagnostics are used only to identify bugs, monitor stability, and improve app reliability. We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling, or selling user information.
We use Sentry for crash and error reporting. Sentry may process technical metadata associated with app failures (for example device type, OS version, app version, timestamps, and diagnostic logs). Sentry's privacy policy is available at https://sentry.io/privacy/.
We do not sell personal information. Technical diagnostics may be shared with Sentry strictly for crash/error monitoring. We may also disclose information if required by applicable law.
We retain technical diagnostics only as long as needed for debugging, security, and service reliability, and according to Sentry retention settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. You may also have rights to data portability and to object to certain processing. You can exercise privacy rights by contacting us using the details in section 10.
PocketMirror is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Sentry may process technical diagnostics in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.
