1. Information We Collect

PocketMirror is designed as a utility app and does not require user accounts, profile creation, or personal details to operate.

Important: camera access is used to display your mirror view on-device. Camera images and video are not stored by us and are not transmitted to our servers.

The data sent outside the device includes technical error and crash diagnostics through Sentry, and purchase-related information through RevenueCat when you purchase or restore PocketMirror Pro. RevenueCat processes purchase history, entitlement status, and an anonymous app user identifier to provide, restore, and analyze access to PocketMirror Pro. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

Technical diagnostics are used only to identify bugs, monitor stability, and improve app reliability. We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling, or selling user information.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Sentry for crash and error reporting. Sentry may process technical metadata associated with app failures (for example device type, OS version, app version, timestamps, and diagnostic logs). Sentry's privacy policy is available at https://sentry.io/privacy/.

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and PocketMirror Pro entitlements. RevenueCat may process purchase history, entitlement status, anonymous app user identifiers, and technical information necessary to provide and analyze the purchase service. This information is not used for tracking or advertising. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Technical diagnostics may be shared with Sentry strictly for crash and error monitoring. Purchase-related information may be processed by RevenueCat to provide, restore, and analyze PocketMirror Pro access. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Data Retention

We retain technical diagnostics only as long as needed for debugging, security, and service reliability, and according to Sentry retention settings.

RevenueCat retains purchase history, entitlement status, anonymous app user identifiers, and related technical information only for as long as necessary to provide, restore, and analyze access to PocketMirror Pro, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, in accordance with its retention practices.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. You may also have rights to data portability and to object to certain processing. You can exercise privacy rights by contacting us using the details in section 10.

7. Children's Privacy

PocketMirror is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. International Transfers

Sentry may process technical diagnostics in countries outside your own. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information in countries outside your own, including in the United States through its service providers. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards for these international transfers.
